1. Acceptance
By using the public Ambivect website at ambivect.com, you agree to these terms as they apply to the website and resources that are actually available at the time of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What Ambivect currently provides
The current website provides information about Ambivect, the Ambivect App, Ambivect Books, Momentum That Matters, reader resources and related project updates.
The Ambivect App is described as in development. References to planned capabilities are product direction, not a promise that every described feature is already available or will launch in exactly the same form.
3. Professional-development information
Ambivect books, tools and product content are intended to support reflection, planning and professional development. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment, recruitment or employment advice.
No website, book, score, framework or App output can guarantee a promotion, job offer, income level, business result or other professional outcome. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for obtaining specialist advice where appropriate.
4. Ambivect App
When the App launches, it is intended to help users organise information they choose to provide and consider professional direction more systematically. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Ambivect does not independently verify credentials, certify employability or predict hiring outcomes.
Separate or updated terms may apply before paid subscriptions, accounts, uploads or other production App features are offered.
5. Books and reader resources
Book text, website copy, worksheets, scorecards, planners, workbooks, graphics and other Ambivect-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Unless a resource expressly states otherwise, reader downloads are provided for the purchaser's or reader's personal, non-commercial use. You may use and complete them for yourself, but you may not sell, republish, redistribute, remove attribution from, or commercially reproduce them without permission.
6. Managed links and third-party services
Permanent routes such as /go/mtm-buy may redirect to a current retailer, download location or other destination. Ambivect may update the underlying destination without changing the public managed-link address.
External retailers, app stores and other third-party services operate under their own terms, availability, pricing, refund rules and privacy practices. A link from Ambivect does not make Ambivect responsible for an independent third party's service.
7. Purchases and payments
The current V1 website does not operate direct paid checkout. When a book-buying link is activated, the transaction may occur with a third-party retailer, and that retailer's checkout and purchase terms apply.
If Ambivect later sells subscriptions, digital products or other services directly, the relevant pricing, cancellation, refund and payment terms will be published before those transactions are enabled.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, submit malicious code, abuse contact mechanisms, impersonate others, unlawfully collect information, or use Ambivect materials in a way that infringes another person's rights.
9. Availability and changes
Ambivect may improve, replace, pause or remove website features and pre-launch product descriptions. Reader URLs intended to be permanent will be maintained where reasonably possible, but uninterrupted availability of every service or external destination cannot be guaranteed.
10. Accuracy
Ambivect aims to keep public information accurate and current, but pre-launch details, external links, retailer availability and resource versions can change. If you find an error, please use the Contact page to report it once the relevant contact route is active.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
The website and current free resources are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ambivect does not make guarantees about uninterrupted access, error-free operation or particular professional results from using the content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Privacy
Use of the website is also subject to the Privacy policy, which is written to reflect the services currently active on Ambivect.
13. Future paid services and jurisdiction-specific terms
These V1 terms are intentionally limited to the current public website and free reader experience. Before Ambivect introduces direct paid services, account-based production features or other material commercial functionality, these terms should be reviewed and expanded to cover the relevant contracting entity, payment terms, consumer rights and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
14. Changes to these terms
Ambivect may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective is subject to the revised terms.
