1. Scope
This policy applies to the public Ambivect website at ambivect.com, including Ambivect Books pages, the Momentum That Matters reader hub, reader-tool pages and Ambivect-managed links.
The Ambivect App is still in development. Before the App begins collecting or processing user profile information in production, its specific privacy disclosures will be added or linked from this policy.
2. Information collected in the current website V1
Ambivect does not currently operate a live public contact form, user account system or direct website checkout. The site therefore does not intentionally request personal profile information through those features at this stage.
Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information and security signals. This processing may be performed by infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare.
3. Contact information
The public contact page currently explains enquiry routes but does not yet transmit form submissions. When direct contact is activated, Ambivect intends to request only the information needed to respond—typically a name, email address, enquiry topic and message.
Cloudflare Turnstile or a similar abuse-prevention mechanism may also process technical signals when the form is enabled. The page and this policy will be updated before public submissions are accepted.
4. Managed links
Ambivect uses permanent routes such as /go/mtm-buy so printed QR codes and book references do not have to change when an underlying destination changes.
The managed-link database is designed to store link destinations and status information, not personal reader profiles. If link analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to describe the information collected and its purpose before that tracking is relied upon.
5. Reader downloads
Reader resources are planned to be delivered from Ambivect-controlled storage. Download files are not currently represented as live until the real asset exists. Hosting infrastructure may process normal request information when a file is requested.
6. Analytics and cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics is part of the planned V1 architecture but should not be treated as active merely because it is planned. If analytics are enabled, Ambivect will review this policy and the production configuration so the disclosure matches the actual implementation.
Ambivect does not intend to add advertising trackers or marketing cookies merely to launch the first public version of the site.
7. Third-party destinations
Some Ambivect links may eventually send visitors to book retailers, app stores or other external services. Once you leave Ambivect, the destination service's own privacy practices apply. Ambivect does not control how an independent third party processes information on its service.
8. Retention and security
Where Ambivect later collects personal information, the intention is to retain it only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, operational requirements or applicable legal obligations. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards will be applied to the production feature before it is enabled.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Ambivect will avoid presenting a data-collection feature as live until its delivery, abuse protection and access controls have been tested.
9. Children
The current Ambivect website is aimed at adults and professional-development audiences. It is not designed as a service directed to children.
10. Requests and questions
Until a verified public Ambivect email address is published, privacy questions should be routed through the Contact page. Once direct email is activated, this section will be updated with the verified address.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy is intentionally tied to the services Ambivect actually operates. It may change when the App launches, analytics are enabled, contact submissions become active, downloads are connected, or paid services are introduced. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when material changes are made.
